Brogan & Partners Names Associates, New Associate Creative Director

BIRMINGHAM, Mich. – Feb. 11, 2016 – Brogan & Partners has named four new associates—Katie Rehrauer, Sarah Komar, Mary Edbrooke and Hal Atkins. Deb Wood also was promoted to associate creative director. Ellyn Davidson, managing partner for the full-service marketing agency, made the announcements.

Rehrauer, account director, joined Brogan three years ago from Advantage Waypoint in Farmington Hills, Mich. At Brogan, she leads accounts for healthcare, government and nonprofit clients. A Clarkston, Mich. resident, Rehrauer has helped clients raise money, motivate healthy behaviors and enroll in programs by the hundreds of thousands. She has a bachelor of arts degree from Michigan State University.

Komar, art director, works on various accounts including healthcare, governmental, specialty retail and nonprofit. Her creative design work spans across mediums from video to collateral and digital to social media. Komar, a Ypsilanti, Mich. resident, has earned associates degrees in both Photography and Graphic Design from Washtenaw Community College.

As the production director for Brogan’s publishing accounts for 14 years, Edbrooke oversees the entire production team at Brogan’s North Carolina office. She’s an expert in developing digital publishing workflows and has put her skills to use for agency clients like the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences. Edbrooke has a bachelor of arts degree from Brandeis University and lives in Cary, N.C.

Atkins oversees the publication of more than 50 scientific articles monthly for a federal governmental client and plays an important role as the agency’s web director on publishing accounts. He joined Brogan three years ago after working at Apple. Atkins lives in Fuquay-Varina, N.C., and holds a bachelor’s degree from UNC-Chapel Hill.

Wood, previously art director, was promoted to associate creative director for the agency. An Ann Arbor, Mich. resident, she joined Brogan four years ago after working for small, prestigious Ann Arbor design firms. She has a bachelor of arts degree from Central Michigan University.
