BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP PUBLIC LIBRARY ANNOUNCES ITS THIRD ANNUAL PHOTO CONTEST

Bloomfield Township, MI—January 10, 2019

Bloomfield Township Public Library is pleased to announce its third annual amateur photo contest for Bloomfield Township residents. This year’s theme is “Light and Dark.” Photographers are asked to explore light, shadow, and contrast within their creations. For inspiration think of a moonlit night, diverse colors, or portraying different emotions in one photograph such as melancholy and joy. 

Submissions can be either in color or black and white; digital or print. All ages may enter. The contest opens January 14, 2019. To be eligible, photos must be taken by Bloomfield Township residents between May 1, 2018 and March 17, 2019. The deadline to enter photos is March 17, 2019 at midnight. Winners will be announced and honored at a reception at the Library on Saturday, April 13, 2019.
