Who do we represent?

Our Chamber represents Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Bloomfield Township, Beverly Hills, Bingham Farms, and Franklin.

You do not need to live or work in any of those communities to be a Chamber Member; if you’d like to do business with anyone in those communities then you are eligible to be a Member of the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber. Our 600+ Members are from all over Southeast Michigan.

Birmingham

The City of Birmingham is a vibrant, prosperous community, with a population of almost 20,000. Covering only 4.73 square miles, the community is able to maintain the feel of a small town, while experiencing the benefits of an affluent urban area. The City has a lively, pedestrian-friendly downtown offering one of the Midwest’s premiere shopping districts.

Bloomfield Hills

The City of Bloomfield Hills is an exclusive residential area with no industrial properties in the city and only modest commercial and office establishments located at the intersection of Long Lake and Woodward. Rolling hills, small lakes and wonderfully designed houses nestle on treed acreage.

Bloomfield Township

The Charter Township of Bloomfield, incorporated in 1827, was the first township to be established in Oakland County. Today, it encompasses 25 square miles and has a population of 44,000. The natural beauty of the township, with its winding roads, rolling hills and tranquil lakes, lends a uniquely attractive setting to the 17,000 fine homes and exclusive subdivisions within its boundaries.

Beverly Hills

The Village of Beverly Hills is primarily a residential community. Nice variety is found in the price and style of homes available in this community. It is a community with attractive characteristics: a mature village of gorgeous winding, tree-lined streets, a riverside park and platted-out subdivisions.

Bingham Farms

The Village of Bingham Farms is a small, secluded community without retail establishments, is less than a mile from the charming, New England-like Franklin Village with a country market, gas station, chic hair salon and not to be missed gift shop.

Franklin

The Village of Franklin possesses an enduring charm. In the 1830s it was a prosperous trading community that serviced the many scattered farms located in Southfield Township. When Birmingham became a railroad stop, Franklin settled back to enjoy a quiet existence as a country crossroad.
