Transit Design Session |
A team of architects,
planners, designers and transportation specialists will be in
Birmingham June 15 - 16 for a public design session to create a
plan for the transit-oriented district.
The district is the proposed home of the Troy/Birmingham Transit
Center.
The Transit Center will coordinate existing transit services and provide
additional bicycle and pedestrian connections to serve both
cities and the region.
During the event the Troy and Birmingham
Bloomfield Chambers will host a luncheon featuring keynote
speaker John Hertel, CEO Detroit Regional Mass Transit.
