Get Involved…Join a Chamber Committee or Volunteer

AMBASSADORS - The Chamber’s welcoming, hospitality and membership committee, Ambassadors are active professionals who serve as hosts for Chamber events, visit new members to deliver membership folders, plaques and help with recruitment and retention efforts.

PUBLIC POLICY STEERING COMMITTEE - This committee investigates and researches local, state, and national legislative issues that are important to the business and communities the Chamber serves.

LEAP FORUM PLANNING COMMITTEE - LEAP (Leading Entrepreneurs Advocating Progress) plans and promotes the quarterly presentation of workshops designed to assist small business owners. Meetings are held monthly.

GOLF OPEN PLANNING COMMITTEE - This group plans the annual Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber sponsored golf open held in June at the Birmingham Country Club. The planning committee meets on a regular basis November – June of every year.

VINE & DINE PLANNING COMMITTEE - Help to plan the Chamber’s wildly successful food and wine fundraiser to benefit Gleaners Community Food Bank. This committee meets January – September.
