BIRMINGHAM BLOOMFIELD CHAMBER AND THE BIRMINGHAM ECCENTRIC - ACCEPTING NOMINATIONS TO HONOR COMMUNITY LEADERS
BIRMINGHAM, MICH., October 26, 2009 – The Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber’s 62nd Annual Meeting Breakfast will be held on Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at The Community House in Birmingham from 8-9:30 a.m.
Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber Chairperson John Roberts will report on the Chamber’s 2009 accomplishments and ‘pass the gavel’ to the 2010 Chairperson, Joe Bauman. Following the remarks, The Birmingham Eccentric will present its 2009 First Citizen Award to an individual who has worked toward continually improving the quality of life in our communities. The Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber will then present its 2009 Business Person of the Year Award to an individual who has demonstrated personal and professional leadership within the business or nonprofit community.
An entry form for the Business Person of the Year Award is located on the Chamber Web site at www.bbcc.com/events/chamber and must be received by 5 p.m. Monday, November 16, 2009.
