Penn Station, a franchise deli, recently celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting, hosted by the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber. Penn Station is located in the Corners Shopping Center, 17676 W. 13 Mile at Southfield Road in Beverly Hills.

The restaurant-style deli has developed a unique product line that demonstrates, in full customer view, the quality of their products. The menu features an array of grilled east coast style submarine sandwiches, fresh-cut fries and hand-squeezed lemonade. All sandwiches are prepared fresh using hearth-baked bread, USDA steak and the finest of meats, cheeses and vegetables sliced fresh every day. The potatoes are hand selected, fresh-cut and flash-fried in cholesterol-free peanut oil. The lemonade is made from scratch all day using hand-squeezed lemons.

Penn Station is community oriented. They assist with fundraisers for community groups and clubs as well as recognizing two local athletes for the fall, winter and spring sports seasons. For additional information about Penn Station, please call 248-433-3200 or visit www.penn-station.com.
