 The Community House (TCH) and the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber Tee Up for Inaugural Birmingham Bloomfield Charity Golf Classic

Birmingham, MI–The Community House has partnered with the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber to host the inaugural Birmingham Bloomfield Charity Golf Classic on Monday,

June 27, at the exclusive Orchard Lake Country Club.

The Golf Classic will include a networking lunch, steak dinner, cocktails, awards, contests and friendly competition on the golf course–all to support The Community House’s children’s programs and services and the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber’s Non-Profit Network.

Participants will have the opportunity to compete in a Hole-in-One Challenge with the chance to win a 2016 Volvo XC90 T6 from LaFontaine Automotive Group.  Other contests and prizes include 50/50 Raffle; Closest to the Line-Men’s & Women’s; Longest Drive-Men’s & Women’s; and Scramble or Best Ball Tournament Winners.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with The Community House for this important fundraiser and hope it becomes an annual event,” said Chamber President Joe Bauman. “It will be a terrific day of fellowship and business networking, all in support of our local community.”

“The Community House, a 93 year old nonprofit 501 c 3 organization is delighted to collaborate and partner with the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber on its first annual Birmingham Bloomfield Charity Golf Classic which benefits children and other nonprofit organizations in the region,” said William D. Seklar, President and CEO of The Community House. “This first class inaugural event promises to bring together golf enthusiasts from around the region for a day of fun, camaraderie and networking at the award winning Orchard Lake Country Club- all for the benefit of children and those in need.”

Foursomes are $1,600 (individual golfers are $400 per person). Non-golfers can participate by joining in on the celebration dinner.
