Mandaloun Bistro, a fine dining bistro that serves authentic food from northern Lebanon, celebrated its grand opening recently with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber. The restaurant is located at 30100 Telegraph, Bingham Farms.
Hours are 11 a.m to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday and 4-11 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The Bistro offers catering, a private room with a capacity of 40 people and delivery.
