BBCHAMBER TO HOST BREAKFAST WITH THE SUPERINTENDENTS

Birmingham, Mich. – On Wednesday, Aug. 11, the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber will host the annual Breakfast with the Superintendents. The event will be hosted by Bloomfield Hills Schools and will take place at Bowers Farm The Farmstead at 1219 E. Square Lake Road in Bloomfield Hills from 8-9:30 a.m.

The event will include community conversation, breakfast and Q&A featuring Birmingham Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Embekka Roberson and Bloomfield Hills Schools Superintendent Patrick Watson This event is sponsored by Michigan United Credit Union.

There is a $10 fee to attend and reservations can be made at www.bbcc.com.

“I can’t think of a more important conversation the Chamber can convene at this moment in time,” said Chamber President Joe Bauman. “We all know the tremendous challenges our schools have faced and continue to face because of the Covid-19 pandemic, and with a new superintendent taking the helm in Birmingham Public Schools, there certainly will be much to discuss. We are grateful our school leaders have found time in their incredibly busy schedules to speak directly to our business leaders and the community at large.”

The goal of Breakfast with the Superintendents is to educate and promote the school districts as a resource within the community. This event is an opportunity to connect with community leaders and learn about the latest developments from local school districts.
