BIRMINGHAM BLOOMFIELD CHAMBER AND THE JUNIOR LEAGUE OF BIRMINGHAM HOST 83RD ANNUAL HALLOWEEN PARADE AND PUMPKIN PATCH

Birmingham, MI – Continuing an 83-year tradition, the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber and the Junior League of Birmingham will host its annual Pumpkin Patch and Halloween Parade from 1-4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 27 in downtown Birmingham.

The event is free and open to the public. Children and their parents will be able to play games, do crafts, view live performances and enjoy snacks. Promptly at 4 p.m. a costume parade will take place on the streets surrounding Shain Park. The parade will be led by the Birmingham Fire Department and the Seaholm High School Marching Band. A live dance performance by Next Step Broadway will take place at 2 p.m. Nearby, the Baldwin Public Library is hosting a Spooky Monster Magic Show with Gordon Russ the Magician from 3 – 3:45 p.m.

The Pumpkin Patch and Halloween Parade are made possible through the generous support of the Birmingham Bloomfield Credit Union, Birmingham Shopping District, the Baldwin Public Library, Power Home Remodeling Group, Franklin Village Dental, Healthline Pharmacy, Barbara Merten-Dubensky State Farm, The Tutoring Center, Next Step Broadway, Stella & Dot, Baldwin House, Next Step Broadway and Egg by Susan Lazar.
