Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber Event Raises $300 for Local Restaurant
The Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber recently donated $300 to the staff at The Reserve in Birmingham after collecting fees for a Business After Hours event. The event, held on Wednesday, June 9 at The Reserve charged a $10 entrance fee, the entirety of which was donated.
Reserve General Manager, Vera Day Rizer said “We want to thank each of you for supporting a local business, as your registration fee allowed the Chamber to raise $300 to be divided among the hard working staff from The Reserve.” BBChamber President Joe Bauman added “we want to thank each of our members who attended for supporting a local business.”
Following a year of exclusively offering online programming the BBChamber was thrilled to welcome members to an outdoor, in-person event and was equally as thrilled to support a local restaurant as the food service industry is still reeling after a very difficult 15 months.
The Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber is a membership organization dedicated to promoting the economic development, strengthen the business climate and improve the quality of life in the six communities it serves, Beverly Hills, Bingham Farms, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Bloomfield Township and Franklin.
