BIRMINGHAM BLOOMFIELD CHAMBER HOSTING HEALTH CHECK 2021: A HEALTH AND WELLNESS SERIES
Birmingham, MI – The Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber will host a health and wellness series titled “Health Check 2021” during the month of February. The series will be held online and is sponsored by Beaumont Health.
Health Check 2021 will feature four sessions on varying topics, including: “The COVID Vaccine: Facts vs. Fiction,” “Supporting Employees During Tough Times,” “Foods to Fuel Performance and Optimize Your Health,” and “The Importance and Joy of Movement.”
“With businesses across the country facing myriad challenges as a result of the global pandemic, keeping your team members both physically and mentally healthy takes on even greater importance,” said Chamber president Joe Bauman. “We are grateful to Beaumont Health for partnering with us on this important topic and also to our health and wellness experts who have agreed to present during the sessions.”
The events will be held via Zoom on February 2, 7, 10 and 24 from 10 – 11 AM. Details can be found and reservations can be made at www.bbcc.com or by calling (248) 430-7688. There is a $15 fee for each session or $40 for all four events.
