FLEXcity Fitness celebrated its grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for its new studio in Bloomfield Hills. The all-women fitness center is the company’s third location to open in Michigan in the past four years. Other studios are located in Lansing and Grand Rapids.

FLEXcity is an interval-based studio incorporating cardio, strength and flexibility into each class.  The studio uses a variety of equipment such as treadmills, TRX suspension, Bosu, free weights, barre and more.   Classes are offered from 6 a.m. – 7 p.m. seven days a week.
