The Language of Leadership is an interactive workshop designed to help participants uncover the commitments underlying complaints and leverage this knowledge as a powerful tool in leadership. Through this workshop, participants will identify their own leadership styles, learn to overcome obstacles effectively, and develop the skills to lead even the most entrenched “complainers” towards achieving goals.
Denise Stein has extensive experience as a leadership consultant, facilitator, and executive coach for over 35 years. Her primary focus is on leadership development, executive coaching, employee engagement, and strategic planning. She has worked with hundreds of organizations and thousands of individuals across North America, Europe, and multinational organizations, assisting clients in increasing organizational and individual effectiveness, culture design, accountability structures, and improving bottom-line results.
David Chisholm has nearly 30 years of experience leading numerous businesses in implementing strategies and procedures to identify and achieve company results with individual goals and aspirations in the high-precision international aerospace industry. He is skilled in inspiring unified visions, fostering environments of trust, and aligning company and individual outcomes to drive organizations from their current reality to results-driven, professional communities. David is also a member of BBCC’s Action Group #5 and enjoys representing Art of Leadership Advisors.
