BIRMINGHAM, Mich. January 21, 2013 – The Dailey Method® Birmingham opened in January 2013. The spa-like studio is located in Birmingham Place and features a large fitness studio, on-site child care, shower facilities, free parking, and a wide variety of athletic and boutique inspired apparel. Owner Carly Goidosik was joined by local officials and members of the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber to inaugurate the studio with a ribbon-cutting.

The Dailey Method is a one-hour class combining ballet barre work, core conditioning, stretching, and orthopedic exercises. The classes effectively strengthen, tone, and lengthen the entire body providing quick physical results.
