Our annual Community Leadership Breakfast held on Thursday, October 12 featured a non-profit expo and a keynote by Gina Kell Spehn and Michael Spehn, founders of New Day Foundation for Families. The event was held at The Village Club and attended by 80 BBChamber Members and guests.

The Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber and the Pontiac Regional Chamber were excited to host a ribbon cutting ceremony for The Montessori School Rochester‘s newest location in Pontiac on Thursday, August 24.
Members gathered at Equinox for our monthly Member Coffee and enjoyed incredible networking, fantastic food and coffee, chair massages and tours of the beautiful fitness center.
Our young professionals gathered Wednesday, August 23 at Cafe ML for happy hour appetizers and drinks!
Birmingham Public Schools hosted us at the Birmingham Public Schools building where Dr. Embekka Roberson, Superintendent of Birmingham Public Schools and Dr. Randy Liepa, Interim Superintendent of Bloomfield Hills Schools gave insight into the upcoming school year. The event was moderated by Kelly Bennett, Marketing & Events Manager of the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber and sponsored by Michigan United Credit Union and Oakland Community College.

The Chamber’s monthly Member Coffee was held at the Shelter at Springdale Park today, where attendees were treated to coffee and breakfast foods provided by event sponsor RE/MAX Commercial Connection, Ellen Mahoney. During the event, the Chamber presented a check for $17,700 to our Non-Profit Network organizations who volunteered to assist with the recent Village Fair. We are grateful to our Non-Profit Network for their dedication and hard work, and we are proud to support their important contributions to our community. Thank you to everyone who attended our July Member Coffee and helped make it a success.
We would like to thank everyone who joined us yesterday at the Diversity Expo held at the Royal Oak Farmers Market. It was a pleasure to see so many of our members come together to celebrate and embrace diversity in our community.
